Unless the User requests its deletion, we will retain your Personal Data for up to 3 years after your last use of the Services, subject to a legal obligation or a compelling interest of Moving Mountains Forum to retain the Personal Data (for example, to defend our rights in the event of a dispute).

Amicable Dispute Resolution Clause

If no agreement is reached, the parties undertake to resolve any dispute through mediation.
